What Raiting Do You Give These Burgers?
So the mystery surrounding my profile name is solved here, yes if you are anything like me you love the taste of a good burger. Summer is fast approaching and us suburbanites are ready to fire up the grill and do some outdoor cooking! I happen to love hamburgers but my love affair with this delicacy comes only once in a while because of the seasons here in Oregon. So when I get the chance to grill a burger I want it to be the best I can have. I hope you enjoy these recipes, feedback would be great!
The Perfect Burger
2 lbs ground beef (lean)
1/2 lb of sausage
Crumbled thick bacon
Fresh Ground Pepper
Cheddar Cheese shredded
Mix your hamburger with the crumbled bacon and sausage, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder into a mixing bowl. Mix the meats with the spices and sauce thoroughly. Form your hamburger patties (I suggest when making your patties that you press them flat to fit the bun). Fry your burgers using olive oil on the pan for about 8 to 10 minutes 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Cut an onion into thin rings and then cut the rings in half. Fry the onions strings in a pan using olive oil until they are soft and jeweled. Remove the patties from the pan, brush olive oil on your bun and place your buns on the pan for about a minute until toasted. Then place your patties on the bun when it is done.

Cow Flipper's Spicey Blue Cheese Burger
Hamburgers feed up to four people
2 lbs Ground Beef (Lean)
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Garlic Powder and Seasoned Salt
3 Tbl Spoons Chipotle Sauce
Grilled Onion Strings
Sliced Pepper-Jack Cheese
Big Fat Sesame Seed Buns
Mix your hamburger with the crumbled blue cheese, chipotle sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic powder into a mixing bowl. Mix the meat with the spices and sauce thoroughly. Form your hamburger patties (I suggest when making your patties that you press them flat to fit the bun). Grill your burgers for about 8 to 10 minutes 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Cut an onion into thin rings and then cut the rings in half. Take foil and wrap your onion strings in the foil and place on the grill for about five minutes. In the last couple of minutes of grilling add your onion strings and pepper-jack cheese slices to your patties. Remove the patties from the grill, grill your buns about a minute for a crunchy treat and then place your patties on the buns. Top with mayonnaise more blue cheese and a hint of BBQ sauce and enjoy your juicy spicy blue cheese burger.
Cow Flippin BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger:
2 lbs of Ground Beef (Lean)
2 Tbl spoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbl spoon BBQ Sauce or BBQ Grill Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
Large Plain Hamburger Buns
Take your hamburger and mix your BBQ seasonings, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire Sauce. Make your patties and grill them for 10 minutes 4 to 5 minutes per side. At the end of grilling place your cooked hickory bacon pieces on your grilled patties and then place your sharp cheddar cheese on top, cook until melted. Place your patties on your buns, add BBQ sauce on top. Enjoy that mouth-watering BBQ taste.
Cow Flippin Island Burger:
2 lbs of Ground Beef (Lean)
Swiss Cheese Slices
Large Onion Buns
Mix your ingredients... ground beef, teriyaki sauce, and pepper into a mixing bowl and make your patties. Grill your hamburger patties for 10 minutes 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Grill your fully cooked ham slices on foil and your pineapple slices. Add your grilled pineapple rings to the patties and then the ham, next melt the Swiss cheese over the ham and pineapple rings. Place on your onion buns and enjoy a taste from the islands.

4 lbs of Ground Beef (lean)
American Cheese Slices
Con Carte Chili
Giant Sesame Seed Buns
Mix your ingredients... ground beef, seasoned salt, and Tabasco Sauce in a bowl and make your patties. Grill the meat for 10 minutes 4 to 5 minutes each side until done. Warm up the chili in a pot and set it aside. Cook up the egg sunny side up in a pan and place the egg on the first patty and add your jalpenos on top and melt the cheese on top of that, drip more tabasco sauce on top, now add the chili, then add the lettuce. Repeat this process minus the egg with a second top patty. Add Mayonnaise, and mustard. If this spiced up atomic bomb doesn't satisfy the monster in your stomach for something spicy then nothing will!
