Pineapple Upside Down Cake

½ c. margarine

1 c. sugar

2 eggs beaten

2 c. sifted cake flour

2 tbsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

½ c. milk

Canned pineapple slices

Procedure:

1. Prepare baking pan. Melt 2 tbsp. margarine sprinkle ½ c. brown sugar and pour ¼ c. pineapple juice

2. arrange slice pineapple and set aside.

3. Cream margarine and sugar

4. Add eggs

5. Sift together dry ingredients.

6. Add alternately with milk

7. Pour prepared cake batter into pan and bake in a moderate oven.When cake is baked immediately turn upside down.
