- 1 packet buffalo chicken flavored instant rice, (you'll need 1 Tbsp butter and 2 cups water to cook them)
- 1 12oz can chicken
- 2-3 Tbsp cayenne pepper (tabasco) sauce, like Red Hot
- 1-2 Tbsp bleu cheese dressing
- your choice of sauteed peppers and onions, if desired
- cook rice as per packet's directions
- drain the chicken and place in mixing bowl. break up chicken with forks. toss chicken with cayenne pepper sauce.
- add chicken to rice
- stir in bleu cheese dressing (and peppers and onions, if desired).
