Raw Food Diet: What I ate Today

Today is day three of my raw food diet and I am so into it I have decided to let you know exactly what I am eating at the moment. Well for breakfast, I had some fruit, a banana and some raisins and a large glass of water. For a snack I had some raw peanuts and some almonds. For lunch I had a green salad with lettuce, cucumber, green olives and some kale and spinach. I dressed it with some pecans and orange juice blended up in a blender. For a snack I had a couple of apple slices and some more water. To be honest I am not even hungry, even though I am being told to eat as much as I can eat in terms of raw fruits and vegetables. I am finding that I have totally lost my appetite, I do have a lot more energy though and I am not feeling so tired and angry all the time. I know that the health benefits are going to be immense because I am feeling them already and I am only on my third day of the raw foods diet. By the way I am going raw vegan, so I am not eating any animal products at all. I am not eating any meat, any dairy, any eggs or anything like that. Although I love all these things, these are things that are actually making me fat so I need to take responsibility and just elimintate them from my diet totally.
I have not really had any cravings yet, the only cravings I have had have been for potato chips because I love them. I have craved them but I have managed to forget the craving and think about th e end result. I have this belief that it is very important to keep your eyes on the prize, so that is what I am doing and I am not letting anything distract me from reaching my goal. I have like 56 lbs to lose and to be honest I am not worried about it because I know that I can do it. I can achieve it, no matter what.
Thank you for reading, I am very tempted to start a blog about my whole experience but I am just so not sure right now. I might just take the plunge and do it to be honest with you but right about now I am not sure. Check back for updates, I have not had my dinner yet, so I will update on that tomorrow. Right now I am at my parents house and there is no scale here so I have not been able to weigh myself and see if I have lost any weight yet. When I go back to my apartment I will weigh myself and see how far I have come from my original weight. I was 177 lb when I started and I wonder how much I am now.
