Raw Food "Like Meat" Loaf

Nama shoyu is raw and similar to soy sauce.

Have you ever had a dry vegan meat loaf? Raw is better because it's never dry!

Ingredients

  • 1 C soaked walnuts
  • 1 C. soaked almonds
  • 1C. soaked sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 T minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 C mushrooms, cut-up and soaked in Nama Shoyu a few minutes.
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 1/2 T rosemary
  • 1/2 T tarragon
  • 1/3 C olive oil
  1. Rinse nuts and put in food processor. Process for 1 minute. Add other ingredients. Process for 1-2 minutes. Place dough on dehydrator tray on parchment or teflon pad.
  2. Place dough on dehydrator tray on parchment or teflon pad. Shape into two loaves about 1 1/2 inches high. Dehydrate at 145 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with ketchup if desired. Dehydrate 2 hours at 108 degrees.
