Raw Vegan Delicious French Kale Chips

Kale can be very bitter however, they are an excellent source of iron and calcium. Therefore, they are excellent to to include in your diet. If you find it difficult to consume green leafy vegetables then this is the perfect recipe for you. Kale chips are easy to make and so delicious you will no doubt be addicted after you have tried this French kale chip recipe.
What you need:
Here is what you need to make these delicious raw vegan kale chips:
6 cups of curly kale, de-stemmed
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons herbes de provence
Put the kale into a dehydrator on 110 degrees Fahrenheit for a couple of hours. If they are still not crispy enough when you check them, leave them in there for a little bit longer. If you do not have a dehydrator, you can actually make these in the oven on the same temperature for about 12 minutes. Make sure you leave the door open and keep checking to make sure that they do not burn.

Note: You can make chips with other greens such as baby spinach and collard greens. You can make plain salted chips or you can make salt and vinegar chips with salt and apple cider vinegar. These make the perfect cinema snack.
