1- 16 oz. pkg. macaroni, elbow or shells
1 tsp. salt 1 can evaporated milk
1 cup water
1- 8 oz. velveeta cheese diced
2 cup chunked sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 stick grade A butter ( soften).
2eggs ( beaten).
2 dashes of black pepper
Directions to prepare"
Boil macaroni in pot with salt and water until done. rinse and drain. In a sauce pan add milk, water and 2 dashes of salt, 1/2 stick butter and velveeta to sauce pan. heat over medium fire while stirring. Stir mixture until cheese sauce is smooth, blend beaten eggs and blk. pepper, add 2 cups chunk cheese and mix in. Pour over macaroni stir in ingredients and pour in to a pyrex baking dish. bake at 400 degrees until litely browned. remove from over . eat while hot or wait until macaroni and cheese cool down some. this isthe best macaroni and cheese. I think you and your family will love it too.
