Recipe: Chicken balls for kids

Preparing Chicken Balls

Here is simple recipe to prepare food for kids. This will be very nutritious and healthy food. My daughter loves this food.

Ingredients

  1. Ground Chicken 1 LB (about 0.5 kg)
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  4. 4 tsp bread crumbs
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. Ginger & garlic paste 1/2 tsp each
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. Any other veggies you like, I add half of small green pepper finely chopped, few carrots grated

Mix all the ingredients from above list and keep aside. Now heat about 3 cups of water in a large pan. When water reaches boiling point make small balls (little bigger than fist size) and put it in the boiling water. Cook for about 25-30 minutes turning the balls to other side once every 7-8 minutes.

You can also use this recipe to make chicken balls for adults by adding chillies, garam masala and any other ingredients you would like.
