I am having fun with my new Montell Williams Living Well Healthmaster fruit emulsifier.

I have already created some soups, hummus dishes, homemade salsa, and of course, lots of fruit smoothies.

In this recipe, I show you how to make a healthy strawberry banana smoothie.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries, medium to large sized strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup low 1% fat milk
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (see photos)
  2. Blend on speed 8 (using healthmaster) for 1 minute. You may need to use another setting if you have a different appliance or emulsifier
