Recipe for A Delicious and Healthy Strawberry Banana Ice Smoothie With Photos
What The Finished Smoothie Looks Like Before I Drink It With My Family
Introduction to this recipe
I am having fun with my new Montell Williams Living Well Healthmaster fruit emulsifier.
I have already created some soups, hummus dishes, homemade salsa, and of course, lots of fruit smoothies.
In this recipe, I show you how to make a healthy strawberry banana smoothie.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 5 strawberries, medium to large sized strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup low 1% fat milk
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- Add all ingredients (see photos)
- Blend on speed 8 (using healthmaster) for 1 minute. You may need to use another setting if you have a different appliance or emulsifier
Let's add the fruits!
Add the ice cubes
Set The Healthmaster for 1 minute on speed 8
