This smoothie recipe has 5 fruits and vegetables and it tastes sweet and that is without all the cane sugar. Also, it is LOADED with important nutrients!
In this recipe, we have oranges, apples, green grapes, red peppers, and watermelon.
The Health Benefits:
First of all, this fruit smoothie has 4 fruits and 1 vegetable in it, so you get a huge amount of health benefits with multiple types of antioxidants including lower risk of cancer, heart disease, and protection from high blood pressure. It is loaded with bioflavenoids and phytonutrients that protect against common ailments like the cold.
Also, since it is now summer, you need something to quench your thirst and to prevent it from happening while you are out in the sun. The watermelon helps prevent thirst in the summer.
Also, after a good workout, you need to replace your electrolytes and this smoothies has all the electrolytes you need to recover what you lose.

Vitamin C, Vitamins B1, B6, B2 (Niacin), Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin E
Potassium, Lutein, Beta Carotene, Calcium, Folate, Phosperous, Iron, Seleium, Copper, Zinc
Start with an Orange - Cut Up
Add the Apples
Add the Green Grapes
Next Add the Watermelon
Add the red pepper and slice it up.
Blend it all together...
- 1 medium sized orange, sliced into quarters
- 1 apple, sliced into quarters
- 1/3 cup watermelon
- 10 green grapes
- 1 red pepper
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- Put all ingredients in a fruit or vegetable emulsifier like the healthmaster
- Blend for 1 minute on highest setting (which is speed 8 on the healthmaster)
