Recipe of Crispy Cheddar Chicken.

Ingredients

Crispy Cheddar Chicken

YIELD: 7 servings

Ingredients:

For chicken

  1. Chicken Breasts: 4 large.
  2. Cheddar Cheese: Grated 3 cups
  3. Milk: ½ Cup.
  4. Ritz Crackers: 2 Sleeves.
  5. Black Pepper Grounded:
  6. Salt: ¼ Tsp
  7. Dried Parsley: 1 Tsp.

For Sauce:

  1. Cream of chicken soup: 10 ounce of 300 ml or 1 can.
  2. Butter: 2 Tbsp.
  3. Sour Cream: 2 Tbsp.

Directions:

  1. In a grinder, grind the Ritz crackers.
  2. Now cut the chicken breasts in to three parts.
  3. Take 3 separate small pans and Put milk in one.
  4. In second small pan put cheese and in third pan put grinded Ritz crackers.

5.Add salt and pepper in the pan with crackers and mix it well with crackers.

6. Now take one piece of chicken and dip it in to the milk.

7.Now dip it in the cheese.

8.Press cheese on to the chicken with your fingers so it sticks to it.

9.Now put the chicken piece to Ritz Crackers. Make sure that it forms a coating over the chicken.

10.Set aside and do this procedure with remaining chicken pieces one by one.

11. Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with cooking spray.

12.Now lay the chicken pieces in the pan.

13.Sprinkle the dried parsley on the chicken pieces and then cover the pan with tin foil.

14.Now preheat the oven at 400 F

15.Put the pan in oven and heat for 30.

16.Remove tin foil.

17.Bake for another 10 minutes until the edge of chicken is golden brown and crispy.

18.While the chicken in cooking take a medium sized pan.

19.Put the cream of chicken soup and add sour cream and butter in it and mix well with the whisk.

20.Stir it over the medium flame or heat until the sauce is hot.

21.Now take the chicken out and put it in the serving dish.

22.Pour this sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
