Restaurant Review: Bonefish Grill

Do you enjoy delicious, fresh seafood served in a relaxed, comfortable environment that is upscale without being stuffy? If so, you'll have to try the wonderful cuisine at a Bonefish Grill near you.

This delightful restaurant specializes in market fresh fish cooked to perfection using an oak burning grill. This cooking technique gives their fish dishes a unique flavor that manages to be both hearty and light at the same time.

I'm a big fan of salmon, and by my own admission am very picky when it comes to ordering my favorite fish in restaurants. I have visited my local Bonefish Grill several times, and have chosen to order salmon on each visit. Their version of my favorite fish is so perfect that I haven't felt inclined to try anything different. They have perfected the art of cooking salmon, and the restaurant has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots for this item.

Fish Selections

Salmon certainly isn't the only type of fish you'll find at Bonefish . One of these days, I'll break my habit and try something different. I have a friend who adores their snapper, and orders it on every visit. Depending on regional availability of fresh fish, Bonefish Grill also serves ahi tuna, Chilean sea bass, grouper, and rainbow trout.

Additional Entrees

Even though Bonefish Grill specializes in fish, their diverse menu offers a number of different types of entrees sure to appeal to every member of your party. Additional seafood entrees include jumbo sea scallops and lobster tails. Bonefish also serves a variety of meat dishes, including filet mignon, ribeye and sirloin steaks, and boneless pork chops. The menu also includes several taste tempting chicken and past dishes.

Starters

Bonefish Grill's menu features a number of wonderful starters, including appetizers, soups, and salads. Their corn chowder with lump crab can only be described as "out of this world". It is rich and delicious, and is the perfect starter for your meal no matter what entrée you are ordering. You can choose among several different types of salads, and an impressive array of appetizers. My husband loves their "Crispy Calamari", while I prefer the "Bacon Wrapped Atlantic Sea Scallops".
