EASY STEP BY STEP COOKING

Sausage Peppers Onions & Potato

(Ingredients)

4-lbs good sausages

5-Medium Peppers any color

3-Medium Red onions

4-Medium Red potatoes

Grated Cheese (¼ cup)

3- Cloves of fresh Garlic

Olive Oil (¼ cup)

Salt & Pepper (Tablespoon)

Prepare the sausages first by boiling them in large boiling pot for about 30 to 40 minutes, on medium heat, pull out of pot and set aside and cool off. Then cut potatoes in bite size pieces and boil for 14 to 16 minutes, and cool off.

Next on a flat surface take your Peppers and cut the tops off and clean out the inside of the peppers seeds and all, then cut into large pieces, next do the same with your red onions, now you need to cut up your garlic into small pieces and set aside.

Take peppers and onions and add to a large skillet pan with a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pan, next add your salt and pepper with a few shakes of grated cheese, cook for 8 to 10 minutes until peppers and onions are soft.

Just before you stop cooking your peppers and onions in the pan add your chopped garlic to the peppers and cook for about five minutes until garlic is cooked, tip if you put the garlic in at the same time as the peppers it will burn, and taste bad.

Now cut you’re cooled off sausage, into ¼ inch circles, next you need a deep baking pan, add a layer of olive oil on the bottom of baking pan, next add a layer of potatoes, layer of sausage, and a layer of peppers, onions, repeat until its all used up, top with more salt and pepper, grated cheese.

Next preheat oven to 370 degrees and place your baking pan in the middle of the oven, bake for 20 to 25 minutes until your sausage has slight brown color to it.

Pulled out and cool off for 5 minutes or so use as a main dish or a side dish, we like to get nice fresh sub rolls good deli mustard makes for some great sandwiches. Enjoy

(Cost is about 13.00 dollars feeds 4 plus.)
