Salmon Stuffed Avocado

Avocado's to me are one of natures great treats ....there are so many ways to work with them but what makes them so good is that it dose not matter what flavor profile that your working with the avocado will adjust and work out well and become the star of the show.

Avocado's are also very healthy for you for teeth and bones and your cardiovascular system and your immune system plus your over all health there is so much more but the main thing to me is that they are good for you, they taste good and can be use in so many ways and today I would love to share with you a healthy but tasty Avocado dish it's a Salmon Stuffed Avocado that is packed with flavor super healthy and super simple to make so co on and follow me.

Salmon Stuffed Avocado

Like I said the recipe is super simple no need to make it like a list just start by just cutting halve thru a large avocado then peel out the pit, then set it on the side then get your self 7 3/4 oz can of salmon or you can use fresh salmon if you wish if your using can make sure its drained skinned, boned and flaked, add a 1/2 cup of finely chopped celery,1/2 cup of cooked peas, 1/3 cups of green onions chopped and one hard boiled egg chopped.

Now make sure all the ingredients are mix well together then add enough mayonnaise to bind all the mixture together add a pinch of sea salt and ground white pepper then let this mixture sit in your refrigerator for 30 minutes so the flavors can mesh together then get your avocado's and fill the halves with the salmon mixture dust lightly with paprika and arrange on a bed of seasoned lettuce leaves seasoned lightly with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and ground black pepper making this whole dish a eatable delight then serve and enjoy.

Now if you want to make this dish a little more healthier you can use Greek yogurt to replace the mayonnaise, if you do this I suggest that you use a pinch of pepper flakes to give the dish a little pop and a little squeeze of lemon or lime juice for some extra zest you can try this and enjoy it just another way to make this great dish work.
