"Gimme those Skittles!"
This is a wonderful salad using only 6 ingredients and taking only a few minutes to prepare. My family and I enjoy this healthy salad quite often. It's great for vegetarians and carnivores alike. Its important to find the freshest vegetables for this creation and the dressing can be changed to suite your taste. We use Good Seasons Italian but Vinaigrette works well too! So...with the immortal words of Hannibal Lechter...."Bon Appetite." MUA HA HA HA HA!
1 box cherry or grape tomatos
1 can pitted black olives
One third of 1 red onion
1 small box of Feta cheese
1 half of 1 cruet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing
Peel 2 cucumbers and cut in half long ways, then cut those halves into chunks. Wash and place in medium to large salad bowl. Wash and drain 1 box of cherry tomatoes and place in salad bowl. Open and drain 1 can of pitted, medium to large black olives and add to bowl. Slice and chop 1 third of 1 red onion (too much onion can overpower salad) and add to bowl. Add 1 box of Feta cheese and crumble into salad. Mix up 1 cruet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing and pour half of cruet into salad bowl. Toss and serve.
