Simple chocolate ganache

- 7oz heavy cream
- 7oz dark chocolate
Method
- Over a saucepan of gently simmering water, melt the double cream and chocolate together, slowly. Stir occasionally to combine.
- This ganache can be used straight away while still warm and of pouring consistency; it can also be left to cool to a spreadable texture; or once cooled completely you may re-whisk it to make the mixture even lighter. Or just eat it raw...
