Simpply Delicious Peanut Butter Banana Pecan pancakes"

Ingredients:

I cup wheat flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp. sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 eggs beaten

1 mashed banana

1/2 cup pecan or nut pieces ( optional).

11/2 Tbs. canola oil

Direction to prepare:

add: flour, salt,baking powder, soda, sugar in medium bowl and pour in milk, water and vanilla extract, stir until mixed then add eggs and oil. stir until blend, if pan cakes or still to thick you can pour in water until they 're the way want them.  Add pecans or nut pieces.

Put your skillet on or turn on your griddle pan, spray with oil and pour a certain amount of pancake batter in the hot pan or griddle pan. let pancakes get browned on both side then remove from pan and put on platter or plate. put butter on top of you pan cakes pour over maple syrup over the top and put a large dollop of whip creme on top. simply delicious
