Slow Cooker Pizza Fondue


Looking for an easy, delicious no-fuss fondue? Well, you’ve found it! With mouth watering favors of Italian sausage, ham, pepperoni ,and pasta sauce, this will surely be a hit! If you decide to give it a try, feel free to stop by and let me know what you think. :)

½ lb Italian sausage

1 cup chopped onion

2 jars pasta sauce (26 oz each)

4 oz thinly sliced ham, finely chopped

1 pkg sliced pepperoni, finely chopped (3 oz)

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

1 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into ¾ in cubes

1 loaf of Italian or French bread, cut into 1 in cubes

Cook sausage and onion in a large skillet until browned (drain fat). Transfer sausage and onion mixture into crock pot, then add sauce pepperoni, ham, and pepper flakes. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours. Serve fondue with cheese cubes and bread cubes, and fondue forks.

Makes 20 to 25 appetizer servings
