Snow ice cream recipe with condensed milk:
- Snow - 1 gallon
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 14 oz can
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup - 1/2 cup (optional)
How to make snow ice cream using condensed milk:
Pour condensed milk, eggs and in a sauce pan. Mix with a wire whisk and cook on a medium flame until smooth and fluffy. Remove from the stove and add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well. Cool it down in the regrigerator. When the snow mixture reaches its room temperature, transfer into a large mixing bowl. Add snow mixture, strawberry syrup and mix well.
