Soda Siphon Recipes

Hint: Never put any other liquids, besides water inside the soda siphon, as it will clog the internal mechanism. Add syrups, wines, sodas or juices into a cup first, and then add your soda water.

Start by using cold water, and charge one 8 gram charger per quart (liter) of water. Agitate and let it rest, preferably in the refrigerator. The colder your siphon water is before use, the more carbonated your beverage will be.
