Irish Food for St. Patrick's Day

We all know how to make the usual Corned Beef and Cabbage but why not try something different this St. Patrick's Day.


Irish Inspired Food

While corned beef and cabbage is a traditional dish, it is not a common dish in Ireland. What was once considered an extravagance, became a St. Patrick's Day staple among Irish-Americans. Many a St. Patrick's Day, I too have made corned beef and cabbage and even settled on a favorite recipe.

A few years ago, I decided to become more adventurous and try other dishes for St. Patrick's Day. Here are some fantastic recipes you may want to try.
