Sunday Dinner Chicken and Rice

My mother made Sunday Dinner everything. When we were finished with church, once we got home we were always very hungry! Sunday Dinner Chicken and Rice was my favorite growing up!

While the ingredients don't seem like much, they turn into something magical. The rice gets crispy around the pan edges while the center stays moist. The chicken is seasoned just right and the slow cooking keeps it juicy on the inside.

This recipe takes all of 5 minutes to prepare. The hardest part is waiting for it to get out of the oven!
