The Best Kept Secret to Creamy and Cheesy
This mac n cheese recipe is partially from my mom but as I always do I have to amp it up a bit. Ingredients: Elbow Macaroni Noodles Butter Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese Evaporated Milk ( Canned ) Cheese Whiz Salt and Pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook elbow noodles according to your personal liking. Once cooked put a layer of noodles in the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Add about 6 little slices of butter on top. Take the evaporated milk and cheese whiz and put in sauce pan to incorporate together and make creamy. Pour over top of first layer saving some for the second layer. Now add a little bit of the shredded cheese again saving some for the top. Now repeat everything for the second layer and add all of the cheese on top. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and a little brown on top. Enjoy!! Notice I didn't really add measurements? Well that's because I kinda eye everything as I go and you can ad as little or as much of everything as you like! I wasn't able to get a picture because before I was able to it was half gone :)
