Innovative Ambiance and Excellent Cuisine Overlooking C & D Canal

The environment was tranquil and soothing as aromas of various succulent dishes, penetrated and enticed my distinct senses of taste and smell. Aqua Sol Restaurant and Bar, is described as critic's pick in #Delaware Today, making it one of the best places to enjoy delectable cuisine within the state. It is nestled on the incadescent C & D Canal and Summit North Marina at Lums Pond. The outdoor deck and patio area encircle the glistening waters of the marina as customers dine on such delicacies as Paella, a succulent combination of shrimp, chicken, charizo sausage, corn, rice and tomato, cooked in saffron broth topped with a crispy soft shell crab. Aqua Sol, appeared on the restaurant scene in 2009 and has maintained a strong persence from its origin. The menu "has integrated a passion for fresh, local ingredients with the love for the vibrant flavors of #Latin Fusion Cuisine." Owned and operated by Curtis Busz, with its location at 3006 Summit Harbour Place, Bear, Delaware 19701. Aqua Sol, also features "live music on the patio, unique cocktails at the bar, and a spectacular waterfront view . . ."

A Sumptuous Brunch With Jazz On the Side

I sat on the relaxing outdoor deck and patio near the calming waters of the marina. During brunch, I was allured with a crabmeat omelet, and a mixture of delicious fresh fruit. In the background #smooth jazz was featured by Jerry Blake, on sax and Bruce Anthony, who sang and played guitar. This was a perfect complement for the enhancement of a jazz brunch.. The view from the patio was spectacular. An airiness of trees caressed the surrounding water as white yachts and various pleasure boats aligned in formats. Upon entrance of the yacht club area, a blue and white sign is posted identifying #Aqua Sol Restaurant, Bar and Yacht Club. A tucked away feeling embraced me as the road bent and curved around fenced in boats on either side. The restaurant majestically stood at the end of the road, pass the guard house. A resplendent white building with windows from top to bottom, for a breathtaking view of the deck, patio and marina. The interior was elegant and accomodating for customers. Aqua Sol's staff was very attentive and professional. This is a restaurant, I definitely plan to dine at again because of the ambiance, delicious food and courteous staff.
