Tomato Soup is easy to prepare, tasty and at the same time healthy too. I am giving here the ingredients and method of preparation of 3 Tomato Soups.

Basic Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 grams ripe tomatoes
- 4 cups of water
- small square pieces of bread fried till golden brown
- ½ cup cream
- Pepper to taste
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 Mint leaves chopped
- Butter 2 tsp
How to make Tomato Soup? To make this Soup cook the tomatoes in water along with mint and salt for 10-15 minutes. Once done blend in a mixture and then sieve to remove skin and seeds. Heat the soup for another 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add fried bread pieces. Serve hot after putting 1 tbsp cream on each serving.
Tomato and Basil Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Tomatoes Crushed
- 8-10 basil leaves
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth or Water
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Cream
- Pepper to Taste
- Salt to Taste
How to make Tomato Basil Soup? Simmer the crushed tomatoes, broth and peppercorns over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove and blend the ingredients well in a food processor along with the basil leaves. Add butter and salt and heat on low flame for another 5 minutes. Make sure not to boil. Remove from heat and garnish using the cream to serve.
Tomato and Carrot Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Sized Carrot Grated
- 6 medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 medium sized Onion finely chopped
- 2 Cups vegetable stock
- Sugar 1 tsp
- 1 Bay Leaf
- One pinch Nutmeg Powder
- One pinch pepper powder
- Salt to taste
How to make Tomato and Carrot Soup? To make this soup add all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and boil in low flame stirring continuously for around 15 -20 minutes. Remove the bay leaves one done. Serve Hot.
