Traditional Hot Chocolate Recipe
I normally drink hot cocoa from a mix, but every once in a while I like the real thing.
This is a simple, classic recipe, which serves 4.
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
4 tablespoons sugar
3 cups milk
Combine dry ingredients in saucepan, add water gradually. Stir well and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Slowly add milk and heat until steaming hot.
Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream, if desired.
