Turkey Spaghetti Casserole

This recipe calls for either cooked chicken or turkey. It is a good use for leftover turkey.


1 1/4 cups spaghetti, in 2 inch pieces
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1/2 small onion, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup,undiluted
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth


Cook and drain the spaghetti.

Add rest of ingredients expected 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Toss lightly and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with reserved grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, about 45 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
