Soups are a hearty meal cooked in one pot or slow cooker all you need to do is add your ingredients and set it and for get it just that simple.

 There is nothing better than great tasting soups!

Turkey Vegetable soup

Ingredients

2 pounds of groung turkey, cooked and drained

1 can ( 28 ounces ) whole tomatoes, undrained

2 cans ( 14 ounces ) beef broth

1 bag ( 16 ounces ) frozen mixed soup vegetables such as carrots, bean, okra, corn, or onions

1/2 of cup of uncooked barley

2 cups of elbow macaroni

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

     A pincch of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker. Add water to cover . Cover; and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until barley, vegetables and pasta are tender.

This is a really tasty soup just add some cornbread on the side to finish it off.
