- 1/2 Cup Drumstick leaves/Spinach
- 1/4 Cup Flour ( Maida)
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 2 Onions, Chopped
- 2 Green chillies, Chopped
- Salt, To Taste
- Oil/Butter, to Fry
- Mix the Spinach, Flour, Gram Flour, Yogurt, Onions, chillies, Salt and make a batter. Place the non-stick pan on the fire. Pour 1 tsp oil.
- When hot pour one ladle of batter on the pan and flatten like an omelette. Turn both sides until done. Eat with tomato sauce or chutney.
