Wallaby Darned Drink Recipe

Aussie creature

Wallabies are a little like smaller kangaroos so I think the drink name is Wallaby Darned according to my research.

Here are two recipe links for the creation.

Famous Tasty Recipes

The second one seems to be more likely to be the closer blend for this concoction since it mentions Kern's Peach Nectar as a secret ingredient. The company is based in Santa Ana, CA so you should be able to locate this product on North American grocery shelves as a minimum.

Personally, I haven't tried the drink, although it looks interesting. The last two times I went to visit Outback's were attempts at having lunch with a group of friends and they didn't open until dinner hour or later. After checking the Outback Canada website, it seems that they really don't want to do business in Canada since they only list 3 locations in Alberta on their official site and I know there are a lot more than what that list says.

So if I want to try this drink, I think the recipes will do. Essentially, you need peaches, peach schnapps, peach nectar, champagne and vodka, ice and a blender to make this one. Quite frankly, this is one that is best handled at their restaurant. Call before you go if it isn't for dinner.
