Smoothie Recipes for Weight Watcher
One of my favorite things is a good smoothie. Cold, creamy, packed full of flavorful fruits and a great way to sneak some nutrient rich veggies into your day. The great thing about smoothies is they make an awesome, filling breakfast or just a quick healthy snack. These smoothie recipes for Weight Watchers are healthy, wholesome, low in points and something the whole family will enjoy.

Banana Berry Drink
This smoothie is quite possibly my favorite.
- 3/4 cup chilled orange juice
- 1/3 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen sweetened strawberries
- 1/2 no fat plain yogurt
- 1 small ripe banana ( for extra creaminess add an extra banana)
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth
This banana berry drink is worth 3 PointPlus points per 3/4 cup
Fresh Strawberry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
This fresh strawberry smoothie is worth 2 PointsPlus points per 1 cup serving
Mixed Fruit Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup water
Place all fruit in blender add water and blend well. More water can be added to reach desired thickness.
