I can tell when the heart of the sport season is really here, base ball is coming to a end football is starting, and college is in full form. For me that means going over to your all your buddies houses watching the games with them and other friends.
But the twist to that is being a chef, and your friends knowing I can really cook, and they ask you to help out with fixing the potluck and going to the kitchen only to find A box of mac and cheese some left over chicken breast and dice tomatoes along with a few extra ingredients. That what happened to me, Then I was told your a chef use what we have and make it taste good, So that's when i made a spicy mac & cheese chicken casserole that I want you to try n
The Empty Cupboard
what you need
12.6 oz pkg of Macaroni & cCheese Dinner Classic Cheddar Cheese Sauce
2-5 oz cans of Premium Chunk Chicken Breast or Left Over Chicken Breast
10 oz can Dices Tomatoes & Green Chilles, undrained.
1 Tlbps of Redhot Originial Hot Sauce
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tlps chopped green onions
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2 . Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package except do not top with Bread Crumb Toppings.
3. Combine next 3 indegredients. Stir into Dinner; spoon into 1-1/2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumb topping. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with onions.
4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
