Zucchini Fries Recipe

If your looking for a great alternative to potato fries then you really should consider zucchini fries. They are tasty , delicious and low in carbohydrates. And we are going to make these in the oven so they will be much better for you than deep fried ones,

In the summer when peoples gardens start coming in most people have way to many zucchini squash and I'm always looking for new ways to use my zucchini squash. I was given one recipe for zucchini fries but I just didn't like the taste so I decided to come up with a really great recipe for zucchini fries that every one would love.

Lets talk about Parmesan cheese here for just a moment or two. Don't buy the pre shredded Parmesan cheese. Instead visit your deli or supermarket and ask for a piece of Parmesan cheese that you can grate yourself. And when you do this you'll be so glad you did because the flavor is just so great.

These zucchini fries are oh so delicious when dipped into ranch dressing. I like them just out of the oven and then I dip the zucchini fries in the ranch dressing and they are oh so delicious. I would strongly suggest purchasing and using Kraft Ranch Dressing as it really does have the best flavor.

To Make Your Zucchini Fries You Will Need.

1. Two large zucchini squash peeled and cut up into french fry size pieces.

2. One Large Egg beaten well.

3. One Fourth Cup Whole Milk.

4. One Half Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

5. One Half Cup Italian Bread Crumbs.

You will want to start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees.

Mix your egg , Parmesan cheese , milk , and bread crumbs together in a large bowl. Be sure that you mix all your ingredients together very well.

Now dip your zucchini fries into the prepared batter a few at a time. Spray a large baking pan with vegetable cooking spray and as you dip your zucchini fries in the batter add them to the prepared baking pan.

Now you will want to bake your zucchini fries for 20 - 25 minutes and you may want to flip them over once to make sure they get brown on all sides. And you have now prepared some of the most delicious zucchini fries that you will ever taste. Be sure that you serve them at once and that you serve them with Kraft Ranch Dressing.

And now you have one more use for all those zucchini squash you have hanging around. If you make the zucchini fries please post a comment below and let us know how they turn out for you.
