I used to get blessed as a child with warm Zucchini bread from some motherly neighbor. Your hub brings back memories.

I like the addition of the chocolate chunks. About 50-100 years ago I made zucchini bread in my crockpot - excellent. I'd like to add a glaze this time - I'll try it. Thanks!

Worked out this must be your 300th hub - congratulations!

Bit puzzled about the last Add paragraph (baking powder and other flavourings). I'm assuming you add them after mixing the batter but before you add the chunkier ingredients (walnuts etc)? Sorry - my baking skills are kind of basic and I don't want to get it the wrong way around!
