Do you mean spaghetti? If so, open a jar of good spaghetti sauce and pour into a pan. Add a little red wine, a teeny bit of cayenne (you don't want to make it spicy, just a little zip), and possibly some mushroom slices. Boil up your pasta and cook til al dente (no mushy noodles, please). Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and top with some grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with toasted garlic bread and a green salad (and a glass of red wine for the adults). Yummy!
