I have some lovely rainbow chard in the garden right now (it grew back after being eaten by deer). Looking for new ways to prepare it.

I like it cooked in a frypan with a touch of garlic olive oil until it just starts to wilt.

steam it, trim stems, chop, mix with bread crumbs and eggs, fry in frying pan with oil. place on brown paper to drain oil.
I like to trim the ends, steam it and then make it into a salad, with chopped onions,
herbs, olive oil and vinegar. Nice side dish for meats or pasta dishes.
