If you don't have time to cook, a really good quick breakfast that lasts me until lunch is peanut butter toast. One or two pieces of toast spread with no more than a tablespoon of p-nut butter on each is great.  Since peanut butter is calorie dense, it is a good idea to measure it out.

Or peanut butter spread on a banana.

Oatmeal is quick and easy and filling.  Add a handful of slice almonds and a sliced banana.

Instant breakfast with low fat or skim mile and a small piece of toast.

The Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt is very filling, you just grab one of those add a piece of toast if you need a bit more and off you go.  Very tasty and high in protein.

Or make enough dinner the night before for leftovers for breakfast.  My husband loves dinner food for breakfast. I'm not really onboard with dinner for breakfast though.
