As a hearty appetite I can safely say there are none. The closest substitutes are mixtures of cheeses and carbohydrates (bread) - pizza, calzone, lasagna for example.
Some folks, not me, are satisfied with beans as the base. Others like marinated and grilled portabella mushrooms (which aren't too bad). Eggs are often, think vegetable quiche, used particularly with cheese and vegis. Of course some like fish, but you may consider that a meat.
I find that a meal without meat (fish does not work for me) leaves me feeling deprived (no, not depraved),and picking all night.
