How do non-nutritive sweeteners rank as far as health effects?

The modern big four seem to be stevia, sucralose, saccharin, and aspartame. Lots o recent changes in their perception; the saccharin cancer link has been debunked, for instance. And maybe none of them are actually "good" to consume. But if one were determined to use a 0-calorie sweetener, which color packet should they grab first? Let's have them in order from best to worst, in other words.
