Toast two pieces of whole wheat, double fiber bread.
Cover one piece of toast with peanut or almond butter.
Slice ripe banana into thick 'coins' and cover the peanut butter.
Drizzle a little honey on top of banana (optional).
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the honey (optional).
Top and smash the other piece of toast on top.
Eat the sandwich for a filling, easy, healthful breakfast with a cup of green tea.
