My best quick breakfast does not need too much time and I enjoy every spoonful of it...my favourite "Coffee & Egg in my Rice"! (black coffee, fried sunny-side egg, and a day old rice)

1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup chopped kale and 1-2 scoops protein whey powder.
Add all in blender and whip until kale is finelly chopped. Pour in glass and use a straw. Down the hatch and you will feel like a million bucks. May the force be with you...
Cornflakes in milk.
It is healthy & quick.
for me a couple of hard boiled or soft boiled eggs with some hotsauce. easy to make ahead of time and quick to eat.
It only takes a couple of minutes to fry an egg, pop it between two slices of bread (or toast, or English muffin), & add a piece of cheese or lunch-meat if you wish.
