wild rice is very nutritious but takes a long time to cook and is best when paired with another rice. has kind of a nutty flavor to it.
I've heard brown rice is more nutritious than white rice, and rice that requires longer cooking is better for you than "instant."

I was just wondering if there are certain varieties of white rice that offer more natural vitamins.
