Are you able to taste the difference between store brand cola's and Coke or Pepsi?

Yes.  Coke has a slightly sharper taste than Pepsi.  I am not sure why, they are both corn syrup and other various stuff.  Honestly, more than a small glass is too much for me these days.

Yes I do limit the quantities. Thank-you for the taste opinion!

I never drink store bought cola, so I can't really say, but I have had store bought sodas and they never live up to their name brand counterparts.  There is however a very distinct taste between Pepsi and Coke.  Pepsi is sweeter and Coke has a bit of a bite to it if that makes sense.  Personally I prefer Pepsi and always have.

You like the sweetness. I try to limit to one glass when I drink it smile

There are distinct differences in the flavors and those who drink colas regularly can tell the difference. Coke and Pepsi have very different flavors but the diet colas are much more similar in taste.

Yes I can. For me, Coke does have a sharper taste of carbonation. With pepsi, though, I prefer it because it is slightly duller in carbonation and just a tad bit sweeter.

Funny how we each have a 'go to' kind isn't it?! Thanks for your answer.

Yes Coke and Pepsi have a better flavour but I still buy supermarket brands because I don't think there's an enormous difference and since I mix it with my favourite tipple - it all tastes good!

Aha so you make your own blend! Perhaps that is how you rock at a hub score of 97! smile

I'm not sure why I'm a 97 - maybe it refers to how old I feel after too many of my 'blends' yikes)
