Mine is a slow cooked beef brisket slow cooked over indirect heat with charcoal and apple wood soaked in apple cider. I then make my own homemade barbecue sauce for the brisket. I usually soak my beef brisket in Italian Dressing ( Liquid ) over night before I cook it the next day. I usually cut and chop it up and serve it on sandwich buns. I know here in the USA the 4th of July is almost here and I wonder what kind of BBQ other people do. So why not tell us all about it.
