I grab a handful of raw almonds and dried blueberries or cranberries. If I'm feeling naughty, I might add a few Ghirardelli 60% cacao chips. Yum!

Fresh fruit, protein bars, energy drink. I'm pretty sure all the classics still work.
I love carmel nut blast balance bars and pretty much eat one every day....
You all have given me some wonderful ideas and thank you I will do just that...
I like to eat cheese or some nuts when I need a healthy snack.
