I see some video clips on You tube that say how to use Misto Olive Oil Sprayer, but I'm still not clear about how to use it for cooking. If you have any experience in using it, please tell me.

With one of those, you get to choose the oil you want to use. It's less expensive than an aerosol, and you don't get mist in your nostrils, either.
You don't need one, though. Just pour a little oil into the pan and swirl it if the pan's hot, or if it's cool rub the oil around with your fingers.
