What is your favorite recipe you make for your family?

My favorite recipe is Easy peazy Chicken pot pie. It's so easy and so so good. One can chicken chunks. 1 can peas 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup cream 1 ready made pie crust 1 can refrigerator biscuits In a large bowl, combine cream, cream of chicken soup mix together well till smooth. Add 1 can chicken meat chunks, 1 can peas strained. fold in. pre-bake pie crust in a 350 F oven for about 15 minutes. Pour in chicken mix smooth out and level. place biscuits on top to form the top crust, bake 15-20 minutes till inner temp is 165 F , Its so good

This is the best way to make chili. I use the black bean with white corn salsa in mine. Great recipe.

Have you grilled your Eggplant for your meatless Lasagna? That imparts such a great flavor.

I make my own home made Rice a roni, saves money cause I can make a serving using 1 cup rice 1/2 cup thin spaghetti or vermicelli broke up. I use either chicken soup stock or beef stock (canned) just cook as you would rice -a- roni
