Deborah. I'm addicted to tea...crisp, not too sweet, and ice cold. It's not good for me, but I drink a half gallon a day!

I'm addicted to chocolate. M&M's mostly. It's true they do melt in your mouth and not your hands.

Well, Debbie, unfortunately here lately, ALL foods!!!  Please pray for me, as I believe I am having a problem with it, just craving all sorts of comfort foods, breads, and chocolate and almonds.  At this rate, before too much longer, I will not be able to fit through the door!  Ha.  Well, it's really not funny.  I don't know what is going on with me right now, as I am not stressed or anything of that nature.

I love chocolate and have to curb my appetite on this.  I know that it is ok if you have some dark chocolate (75% plus) and I do only have an ounce most days.  However, it does come in many flavors and in so many different types of great food products.  Have to work on keeping the temptations to special occasions.

I love dark chocolate. I eat only a small amount as I find that is satisfying. When I eat milk chocolate, I eat the whole thing. It is more addicting for me.

I have a major weakness to ice cream. Also, I started eating frozen yogurt to get less calories and suppose to be more healthy.

Anything fried. I am from Georgia and we love our fried food like chicken, okra, cornbread, and fish. Don't think I could live without fried foods.

Even though I am not so addicted to food, I like fried food items the most. Fried food items are not good for our health.

I was addicted to chocolate like many of your hubbers said and I decided to change my eating habbit and I started to eat instead of chocolate, carrot, every time I felt like chocolate I munched on carrot's sticks until my skin started to have a yellowish tan ( too much beta-carotene in my body:). I still eat a little bit of dark chocolate and a little bit of carrots...but nothing any more excessively, I have learnt my lesson:

What you crave is in your head and everything is good for you until you start to eat it in excessive amount:)

I've always struggled with a sugar addiction. And sugar is one thing you really don't want to be addicted to, because it leeches minerals from your bones.

Funnily enough, apart from that, I'm quite healthy... Vegetarian for 8 years counting, teetotal, no smoking or drugs, fit...

I have a major soda problem. I LOVE Dr. Pepper, and there is rarely a day that goes by that I don't drink at least one. I think my biggest problem is that I am not a coffee drinker, so soda is my way of getting caffeine to get me going in the morning. If I'm exceptionally tired, I go for a Rockstar energy drink.

However, when I got pregnant, I had to lay off the caffeine and sodas (too much sugar). I switched to decaffeinated tea. It gave me a good morning ritual that I craved, and it helped me avoid those bad habits until I had my baby and finished nursing. smile

It's not the food we are addicted to, it's the chemicals that are added to the food that we are addicted to.
