Was just reading on the history of General Tsao's chicken. It seems that it was introduced to the Chinese diaspora after chefs from China went to the USA and returned to China. Sounds like fusion food, Mary!

There's a bunch of things, but really one is the best for a regular meal is pupusas. This little place near me sells a bunch of them for a few bucks with the usual stuff, curtido and that thin sweet salsa roja.
