Do you prefer Fast Food or Slow Food?

There is a whole movement of Slow Food now - for those who cares about their health, the impact on the enivronment, the impact on the culture, diversity and many other aspects that food brings into our life. Food is not just food... It can be fast, it can be slow... We can die out or we can grow...

Yes, you are lucky. To be taken care of! I hope you manage well. I am so happy to hear that you are in a good mood (am I making an assumption?)

Well, I can't say I imagine the feeling of testicles cringing for the lack thereof... But I can't see those Fast Food Chains - wherever you go - it is the same. The last time I bought a cheese croissant (hoping it would be Ok) - it was disgusting.

Your right about healthy meals at home not having to be slow to cook. In fact a lot of people over cook vegetables and other nutritious items until most of the vitamins and nutrients are gone. Very good point.
